Blumm Academy is an advanced recruitment hub and a training centre offering Masters courses and executive classes to our multicultural staff and clients.
Founded in 2010, the Blumm Academy is Pomilio Blumm's training centre. It offers short courses, post-graduate and Masters courses, as well as executive classes that are taught by some of the best gurus and experts from the field of communication, in collaboration with some of the most relevant universities.
Through the Academy, we are able to constantly improve the skills of our staff, while regularly sharing their know-how and best practices, with our network partners. This is accomplished with a clear idea in mind: no 'vertical' specialisations, but an intercultural and multidisciplinary blend that facilitates innovation and cross-fertilisation.
Blumm Academy is also a multipurpose recruitment hub that receives approximately 450-500 applications each year, thus providing a continuous source of new specialised profiles that could potentially be integrated into our 80-member international team.
