Based in Brussels, the Pomilio Blumm Foundation (PbF) is a novel project devoted to the design of a renewed narrative between institutions and citizens through the promotion of good practices in public communication, citizen empowerment initiatives, and innovative event formats such as the 'Orchestrate' event.

Stemming from a visionary think tank of both old and new communities, PbF operates within most European nations through Pomilio Blumm's extensive network of 93 partners across five continents.
