High-level ratings: our internationally-recognised corporate ethics policy

Quality certifications and legality ratings evidence the reliability of our professional approach in complying with the principles of sustainability, ethics, and transparency.

Simply fulfilling ethical standards is not enough when collective values and common benefit are at stake. Working with institutions, we aim to offer exceptional certifications that cover an entire range of quality requirements.

Pomilio Blumm has been awarded environmental (ISO 14001) and quality certifications (ISO 9001), as well as a specific certification for the sustainable management of events (ISO 20121) at both national and international levels.

The agency is also the first Italian company in the field of communication to adopt a code of ethics, and it was recently awarded the 3-Stars Legality Rating by the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority.

Recently, Pomilio Blumm has also been granted the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, established by the Ministry of Equal Opportunities of the Council of Ministers. This recognition testifies to the company's ability to promote inclusion and respect for diversity through dedicated programmes and flexible work policies.
