AGCM and MIMIT for consumer rights
This initiative by AGCM (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato), carried out with the support of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT), aims to raise awareness of consumer rights among young people and adults, and to provide training courses for staff at the Consumer Advice Centres.
The project, managed by Pomilio Blumm, comprises a wide range of activities, including social media and media campaigns, national training courses for secondary school pupils, a Quiz Day and a Live Game for the winning schools, an interactive edugame, and online platforms with video lessons to train helpdesk staff. The goal is to make citizens aware of their rights and to strengthen the skills of those working daily to support consumers needs and questions.
