Ministerial meetings for the G7 in Italy
During Italy's presidency of the G7, Pomilio Blumm was tasked with organising, setting up, and managing ministerial meetings at nine locations across the peninsula: Trento and Verona, Stresa, Capri, Villa San Giovanni and Reggio Calabria, Syracuse, Mirabella Eclano (AV), Ancona, Pescara, Fiuggi. Many meetings required extraordinary security measures due to the complex situation in the Middle East and the presence of prominent figures from institutions.
In addition to summit management, Pomilio Blumm created the table designed in collaboration with one of Italy's most important designers, Andrea Anastasio.
The modular structure of the table, composed of units that interact with each other, allows for infinite assembly possibilities, reflecting the constantly evolving nature of diplomacy and collaboration. Equipped with a sophisticated wiring system, each workstation is seamlessly integrated into the technological landscape of the 21st century, facilitating communication and connection among world leaders.
